I'm Carla, a Registered Clinical Counselor and Registered Holistic Nutritionist.
I'm passionate about the process of healing and transformation that takes place through counselling, and it is my honour to accompany people in this process. With a background in nutrition, dance, and spiritual practice, I take a somatic and holistic approach to my work.
I have a MA in Counselling Psychology, BFA in Dance Kinesiology, and training in: trauma-informed somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems, spiritual coaching, and psychedelic assisted psychotherapy, with a recent focus in Ketamine assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic integration. I have experience working with people from many walks of life, including folks with complex trauma, disordered eating, relationship issues, neurodivergence, struggles with sex and intimacy, and self-esteem issues.
It is a joy for me to witness my clients make profound inner discoveries and experience greater self-leadership and confidence that emerges from their commitment and dedication to healing.

Fees: 50-minute individual counselling: $160; 50-minute couples counselling: $190; 80-minute family counselling: $240. All fees are +gst.
