Guided Meditations

This is a guided meditation on 'Affectionate Breathing' and is adapted from the MSC program. 
This meditation creates space for you to connect and attune to the rhythm of your breath, with a quality of warmth and loving-kindness. You can practice this sitting upright or lying down.
