I am Operine, Registered Clinical Counsellor. I have over 30 years  experience in counselling and coaching, where I have worked extensively with individuals, couples, families, and children, in community agencies and private practice.

I value compassion, safety, wisdom, and kindness at the foundation of my work. I have great hope that, together, we can address the areas of your life where you may feel stuck, unmotivated, inadequate, and unheard, and move towards the healing and growth you most desire.

Therapeutic modalities: EMDR, CBT, Compassion Focused Therapy, ACT, Solution Focused Therapy.
Fees: 50-minute individual counselling: $165; 50-minute couples counselling: $175; 75-minute family counselling: $185. All fees are +gst.
