Join me June 11th for a 4-hour Mindful Self-Compassion silent retreat. This day will be a slow and steady rhythm of guided meditations, walking meditation, sensing and savouring, and mindful eating. We will slowly and gently emerge from silence at the end of our time together to get ready to reintegrate into daily life. This retreat will be held at Rhodes Wellness College, downtown Vancouver.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS:
Angela & Sarah are both long-time meditators, counselors, yoga teachers, and experienced group facilitators. They are committed to integrating & sharing the principles of mindfulness, fierce self-compassion, women’s wisdom, & heart-based living.
Angela Spooner
Angela is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), yoga teacher and lover of truth. She primarily draws from Mindfulness-based approaches and Depth Psychology, with a special interest in Dreamwork & Somatic Psychotherapy. Much of her counselling experience has involved working with women who crave more connection, vitality and creativity in their lives. She enjoys holding space for women to find more confidence, clarity and ease in their lives.
Sarah Jarvis
Sarah is a passionate advocate and teacher of mindfulness and self-compassion. She is a holistic therapist, facilitator, yoga and meditation teacher, and a certified Reiki master. Sarah has worked in the field of mental health and holistic healing for 8 years, and has 7 years of experience in leading meditation and mindfulness groups. She has worked in schools, social agencies for youth and adults, and spiritual health initiatives. In her courses and workshops, Sarah cultivates space in which others can come to know the power of their own compassionate voice, soulful presence, and gift.
